The business relationships between Dill Knopffabrik-Galvonotechnik GmbH & Co KG, and the customers are governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions. Any conditions that conflict with or deviate from these GTC are not accepted. They are hereby expressly rejected. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if expressly approved in writing by Dill Knopffabrik-Galvonotechnik GmbH & Co KG.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this contract is Weiden / OPf., unless, however, the customer is a consumer.
Cost bearing in the event of revocation
Consumers have a statutory right of revocation, on which they are instructed before placing the order, and again in text form. With regard to cost bearing within the framework of the right of revocation, the following shall apply: You have to bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 € or if, in the event of a higher price of the goods, you have not made the payment or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of the revocation.
We use your master data exclusively for processing your order. All customer data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz, TDDSG). You are entitled, at any time and free of charge, to request information on your stored data and to have this data amended, blocked or deleted. Please send us your request by mail, fax or e-mail. We do not pass your personal data including your house address and e-mail address to third parties without your express and at any time revocable consent. Excepted from this are our service partners who require the transfer of data for processing the order (such as the carrier commissioned with delivery and the credit institution entrusted with settlement of payment). In these cases, however, the scope of the data transferred is restricted to the required minimum.
